So Denali nickered at me today....she hasn't done that since before I moved to Denmark. I even looked around to make sure she wasn't happy to see someone else! I got so excited! I think I scared her by giving her a HUGE hug! I love my pony. She's so happy, and she's already looking and acting better. I guess she does a bit of a dance on her way to and from her turn out area, but at least she's walking forward! I use to have to back her everywhere at her last place!
I am so grateful I decided to leave. Still miss seeing everyone, the new barn is much quieter, but also, much much nicer. They aren't even comparable. Denali gets 5 or 6 flakes of beautiful Timothy hay and delicious grain! She loves it! I was worried she'd drop more weight due to stress, but she seems totally fine, if not better!!
