Lol, well before I owned a horse. I'm off this week, and although I'd like to spend every waking moment at the barn I can't do that. I'm lost with what I use to do. But you're right Jay, it can't be that fun.
Denise Green and Cindy Akdeniz. Both are very good and reasonably priced.
I know a bunch of trainers in the area but I would end up writing a novel here. What are you looking for? Someone to travel in, or trailer to, price range, style of lessons/learning, discipline, and your riding level? You can email/facebook me too; if you want to take this off line also.
I was 'horseless' for about 2 years (2005-2007). I was honestly BORED! I filled my time with the gym, meeting up with friends and sitting around. I always felt like something was missing! The grass is always greener though, now that I've got 2 horses again I have NO free time and would kill for the flexibility (and dont get me started on the financial freedom) that the non-horse life offers! I think where I was most happy was back in 2008 when I was leasing a really nice horse 3 days a week with an owner that let me show and do whatever I pleased. That was horse nirvana ;)

If you can't remember it wasn't as much fun or as rewarding.....
:) Oh so true!! Also! Jay, where do you take lessons (do you take lessons?)
There was a time before horse? Are you sure?

Our trainers come out to the barn we board at.
